Rev. Dr. Rickey E. White, Sr. Pastor

Dr. White holds a Master of Divinity Degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in middle school education from the University of Virginia. He has served as pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church in Stanardsville, Va., and the Zion Baptist Church in Dillwyn, Va. As an educator, Dr. White taught in the public school systems in Greene, Fluvanna, and Albemarle counties for more than 18 years. In 1998, he was elected Albemarle County's Public School Teacher of the Year.

In April 2011, he received the first 100 Black Men of Central Virginia (100BMOCV) President's Mentor of the Year award at a Gala event in Charlottesville. In May, an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree was bestowed upon him by the President and Board of Directors of Virginia University of Lynchburg.  

Natalie Jackson White, Co-Pastor

Minister White co-pastors Union Run Baptist Church with her husband, Dr. Rickey E. White. She graduated from Highland Springs High School with Honors, and attended the University of Virginia. She has worked in the accounting department at State Farm Insurance for 28 years. She was licensed in November 2005, and committed her licensing along with her life to Christ realizing that her ministry gift must always compliment that of her husband. She was Ordained in 2008.

Among her many duties as co-pastor, she helps people become fully devoted followers of Christ and awesome worshipers of God, exhorts the people of God to worship in Spirit and in Truth, teaches adult church school classes, directs choirs, advises the Women's Fellowship and assists in pastoral and marital advising. She is a well-known vocalist.

Dr. and Minister White have three children, and two grandchildren.
